研究领域
皮肤是保护人体内部器官避免外界致病源入侵的第一道防线，具有重要的免疫防护功能。近年来，随着人民生活水平的提高，生活习惯的改变，皮肤病患者的发病率大幅上升，在全球4.2亿皮肤病患者中，中国占近1.5亿人，其迁延难治的特点给患者带来极大的身心痛苦。
本课题组紧密围绕真皮脂肪谱系细胞参与维持皮肤稳态、调控皮肤免疫系统、伤口愈合、纤维化、毛发生长等过程开展新机制和新靶点研究，为多种皮肤病，包括炎症性皮肤病、慢性伤口、瘢痕、雄激素性脱发等提供新病理机制和药物研发靶点，拟在药学院组建以皮肤病免疫调控为靶点策略的全新药物研发平台，利用原代细胞库、3D皮肤模型等前沿手段，与国内外皮肤病医院或科室，以及皮肤药物或护肤品研发企业开展临床转化研究合作，促进科研成果应用于临床。
